Illustrative workflow: One support thread for a delivery exception
An online retailer receives a message asking where an order is. The assistant verifies the permitted order reference and retrieves the available shipping event. If tracking shows a normal shipment, it prepares a response using that recorded status. If the carrier data is missing or conflicts with the order state, the workflow opens an exception for operations with the relevant references attached. The customer receives an acknowledgment rather than an invented delivery date. A later confirmed event can update the same support thread. Refund requests stay with the authorized team. The design targets repeated record lookup and duplicate tickets, giving the team a practical way to assess whether support capacity improves without a matching increase in administration.

What changes for your team
We compare average handling time, repeated contacts per order, unresolved fulfillment exceptions, and returns-intake completeness against the store’s baseline. Cost per resolved request and support capacity are commercial measures; refund accuracy and customer escalation rates provide the necessary quality checks.
