29.3 hours
Modeled change in staff task-handling capacity per month.
The starting values are editable examples, not AI Technologics client results. Time made available is not necessarily a realized cash saving. The model excludes implementation fees and does not predict revenue or profit.
Understand the model
Monthly hours made available = daily tasks × (manual minutes − assisted minutes) × working days ÷ 60. Labor-equivalent value = modeled hours × entered hourly staff cost. The final value subtracts the monthly operating cost you enter.
If assisted effort exceeds manual effort, the model reports additional handling time rather than hiding the difference. Measure a representative baseline and include review and exception effort in your inputs.
Let’s turn the right process into your next automation.
Describe the task, the systems involved, and what you want to improve. We’ll review where your team loses time and identify a practical first workflow, the systems to connect, and the implementation your business needs.
