AI Agent Development Services

Build task-specific AI agents that retrieve information and use approved business tools. AI Technologics develops agents around a defined job, a controlled set of actions, and measurable acceptance criteria.

YOUR BUSINESS, CONNECTED

Less time moving information. More time moving work forward.

An effective business AI agent needs a useful job, reliable information, and permission to use the right tools. AI Technologics develops custom AI agents that help staff complete defined tasks across business systems, rather than stopping at a conversational answer. An agent can retrieve a customer record, assemble relevant information, prepare a quotation brief, or request an approved next action. We design its tools, knowledge sources, approval limits, and recovery behavior together, so your business can decide where agent assistance is appropriate and where a person should remain in control.

WHAT WE BUILD

Implementation built around a complete business task

01

Task-specific agent design

We define the requests the agent can handle, the evidence it needs, and the point at which its job is complete. A bounded task makes the agent easier to test and more useful than an unrestricted instruction to run the business.

02

Controlled tools and application actions

We develop narrow tools for permitted record lookups, task creation, draft preparation, and other agreed operations. Tool access follows the workflow rather than granting broad authority across connected applications.

03

Knowledge and source context

The agent retrieves relevant approved information and preserves supporting references where the source and interface allow it. Conflicting, missing, or inaccessible information results in a reviewable uncertainty rather than an invented answer.

04

Evaluation for real operating conditions

We test routine requests alongside ambiguous instructions, unavailable tools, repeated actions, and attempted out-of-scope requests. Your team receives the agreed operating limits and an escalation path for unresolved work.

AN EXAMPLE IN PRACTICE

Illustrative agent: preparing an account-manager briefing

An account manager asks for a briefing before a customer renewal discussion. A scoped agent retrieves the permitted CRM record, relevant support-ticket summaries, and the approved service history. It organizes open issues, missing information, and possible discussion points with links to the underlying records where available. The agent can create a preparation task for the account owner, but it cannot change the renewal price or promise a concession. If the customer record cannot be matched confidently, it asks for clarification. This illustrative use case replaces scattered information gathering with a structured starting point while leaving the commercial conversation and judgment with the account manager.

INSIDE THE WORKFLOW

Explore the workflow step by step

ILLUSTRATIVE WORKFLOW / SELECT A STEP
01 / Receive a bounded request

The agent identifies the supported task and checks whether the request falls within its defined role.

When does a person step in? +

Agent autonomy is scoped, not unlimited. Irreversible, financial, legal, or sensitive actions may require explicit human approval.

PEOPLE & OPERATING CONTROLS

Your team keeps the decisions that matter

Agent autonomy is scoped, not unlimited. Irreversible, financial, legal, or sensitive actions may require explicit human approval.

We build review queues with the original request, the proposed next action, and the reason a person is needed. Failed connections and incomplete records stay visible, so an unfinished task is not reported as completed.

BUSINESS VALUE

What changes for your team

Agent evaluation covers task completion, factual support, correct tool selection, unauthorized-action attempts, escalation quality, and staff correction effort. We measure the total time required to obtain an accepted result, including human review. A persuasive answer alone is insufficient evidence that an agent has completed the business task correctly.

IS THIS A FIT?

A practical first engagement

Custom AI agents are appropriate when staff repeatedly combine information from several sources and choose from a small set of authorized actions. A conventional workflow may be more suitable when every step follows fixed rules. We assess that distinction before recommending the additional complexity of agent-based development for your process.

Your proposal identifies the workflow, connected systems, approval points, testing, documentation, and handover included in the build. Third-party subscriptions, usage charges, and any ongoing support are itemized separately.

BUYER QUESTIONS

Answers before your next decision

How is an agent different from a standard automation?+

A standard automation usually follows a configured path. An agent can choose among a bounded set of tools based on the request and retrieved context. We recommend that additional flexibility only when it addresses a real operating need and can be tested within clear limits.

Can an agent change prices or authorize payments?+

Only explicitly scoped and appropriately controlled actions belong in an agent’s toolset. Commercial commitments, payments, and other consequential actions may require human approval or remain excluded. The implementation does not imply unrestricted autonomy over business systems.

LET’S BUILD YOUR NEXT AUTOMATION

Let’s turn the right process into your next automation.

Describe the task, the systems involved, and what you want to improve. We’ll review where your team loses time and identify a practical first workflow, the systems to connect, and the implementation your business needs.
